Focusing on both Meditation and Mindfulness allows you to receive the full benefits of relaxation while allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself as well as others.

 

Meditation and Mindfulness work hand in hand. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind while Mindfulness is a technique where one tries to notice thoughts, feelings and sensations without judgement.

 

What would it be like to soften or release some of these stories?

What new possibilities would open up if we explored this?

 

Meditation and Mindfulness is an invitation to do just that. Let go of whatever within you is yearning to be released, even if only for this moment.

 

The stories we tell ourselves are often so subconscious that we aren’t fully aware of how they influence our lives. These narratives tell the story of the world according to our own perception of it – and quite often, they limit what is possible for us.

I offer Meditation and Mindfulness classes, as well as one-on-one guidance to help you receive the full benefits of relaxation while allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself as well as others.  

As we work together, we will work with Mindfulness worksheets, breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
