Many clients experience Mind Spa as a gentle entry point into deeper work such as Transpersonal Hypnotherapy or Quantum Healing Hypnosis.
Our Mind Spa service offers a unique opportunity for clients to experience holistic healing through hypnosis. We offer both in-studio and virtual hypnosis sessions, so clients can choose to experience hypnosis from the comfort of their own home or come in to the studio.

Our CONNECT program is designed to help you relax but also time to connect with your wisdom centers.
