Service Description

First session: Self-healing hypnotherapy session. Depending on your needs, we would focus on confidence or anxiety or self-sabotage, etc. (This session will be recorded, and an MP4 will be sent to you so that you can listen to it every night to help reprogram your subconscious mind.) Second session: Regression to Positive Resources. Regress to causative moments of success and positive light resources, that are relevant to your issue. Third session: Regression to events that are causative to these issues. Fourth session: Regression to key people and therapeutic resolutions including forgiveness, cord cutting, and future progression.
