When we are blaming others for our experience to life we've given over our energy to them and that's how small leak's

start.

You allowed your light to move into their energy field and you took on their experience. Consciously or unconsciously.

It's a lot easier to navigate your whys and your life when you close up the leaks and navigate your light back to you.

Sit quietly, and take a look at where your leaks are coming from. Think about situations that you were triggered, and you blamed the other person or situation for your reaction. And pull your light back to you.

Say over and over, I pull my light back, I pull my light back. I'm pulling all my light back into my body. And you will pull back all your light back into your body.

Remember, you are the one who decides how you react and why. If you feel someone made you react based on a situation, you just allowed a small energetic leak. If so, you've just allowed your light to move into their energy field and you took on their experience.

Everything is energy. Your thought begins it, your emotion amplifies it, and your action increases its momentum. Remember, its YOUR energy.
