Deposit & Commitment

I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve my space in the training.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the class start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, with any additional payments refunded.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable.

I may request a one-time transfer to a future training date (subject to availability), minus the deposit.

Attendance Policy

I understand that this training is a complete experience and requires full participation. Partial attendance does not qualify for certification and does not reduce tuition owed.

Studio Cancellation

If Brilliance Healing Studio must cancel or reschedule, I will be offered a transfer to a future date or a full refund of payments made.

Scope of Practice & Nature of Training

I understand that Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki training is a spiritual and educational experience. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Guarantees or Claims

I understand that no guarantees, promises, or claims have been made regarding specific healing outcomes, abilities, certifications beyond the stated curriculum, or personal results as a result of this training or any Reiki attunement received.

 Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during and after the training. I understand that Reiki training and attunements may bring awareness, emotional release, or personal insights, and I agree to care for myself accordingly.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Brilliance Healing Studio, its facilitator, Ania Stokowski, and any associated representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this training, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, physical sensations, or personal realizations that may occur during or after the training.

Confidentiality & Sacred Container

I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information, experiences, and sharings of other participants. I understand that this training is a sacred container and I am committing to respectful conduct, integrity, and full presence for myself and others.

Attendance & Completion

I understand that Reiki certification requires full participation in the training as offered. Partial attendance does not qualify for certification and does not reduce tuition or financial responsibility.

Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policies

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the payment structure and cancellation policies outlined in this agreement, including the non-refundable 50% deposit, cancellation timelines, and one-time transfer option subject to availability.

Non-Transferability

I understand that my enrollment in this training is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
