Service Description

This session includes a 15min - 30min consult to discuss your goal, followed by a personalized Hypnotherapy session. Ania takes the changes you have decided you want to make (during your consultation) and puts you into a very deep state of relaxation through direct suggestions to your subconscious. Your session is not just scripted, Ania designs them with you, for you, individually, depending on what you need. A personalized audio is provided for you to listen to at home.
